MISSION
The Counter Manager's mission is to oversee and direct the team in order to achieve the qualitative and qualitative objectives set by the brand. He/she is the representative of the brand's values, sales targets and the level of service given to customers.

Job responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES

  • Ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives.
  • Follow-up of the sales targets of the stand.
  • Monitoring of KPIs and individual team targets.
  • Guarantee the achievement of the point of sales’ action plan.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and customer loyalty.
  • Suggest, promote, and implement action/improvement plans for the point of sales.
  • Establish corrective and follow-up action plans.
  • Ensure the brand’s image and service guidelines are met.
  • Participate in the recruitment of promoters, replacements (summer, Christmas, or holiday temporary consultants) or new positions.
  • Coordinate schedules and planning to ensure the success of promotions.

PROFILE NEEDED

  • MAIN STUDIES    Bachelor’s degree or professional higher education.
  • LANGUAGES    Advanced English; Spanish highly valued.
  • IT TOOLS    Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Outlook. EDI.
  • EXPERIENCE    5 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment
