For the third consecutive year, the LVMH Institut des Métiers d’Excellence Village vocational training fair welcomed visitors in the Paris suburb of Clichy-sous-Bois. Watch video highlights from an afternoon dedicated to presenting training programs and exceptional métiers, as junior high and high school students and parents meet human resources teams from LVMH.
The LVMH IME Village vocational training fair is a unique opportunity to share experience, see demonstrations of artisanal skills and meet current apprentices, as well as HR specialists from LVMH Maisons. The event once again met with an enthusiastic response, welcoming more than 500 visitors.
During the course of a very busy afternoon, the public had a chance to discover a vast array of training programs in exceptional métiers, spanning retail, leather goods, design, couture and jewelry. Current apprentices were on hand to share their passion for their métier, including Maxime, an apprentice at Berluti: “I was really excited about showing my métier to people who might hesitate to come to see us on their own. I hope I was able to share my desire to learn and passion with the young people who were there.”
Organized in partnership with the Paris suburbs of Clichy-sous-Bois and Montfermeil, the IME Village is designed to recruit future apprentices at the LVMH Institut des Métiers d’Excellence. Open to all talents, the event shows that excellence is everywhere, promoting the different work/study training programs offered by the LVMH IME.
