Bulgari inaugurates new hotel on Jumeirah Bay island in Dubai

After Milan, Bali, London and Beijing, Bulgari has added a new jewel to its luxury hospitality collection in Dubai. The Italian Maison chose a stunning location on the island of Jumeirah Bay for its latest hotel. The 123,000-square-meter luxury seaside property features the Resort, a Residence, Beach Club and Bulgari’s first ever Yacht Club & Marina.
Designed with a shared inspiration, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts bring guests an Italian lifestyle experience while celebrating the unique character of each destination. Marked by Bulgari’s bold contemporary style, this collection echoes the Italian jeweler’s creations, offering unparalleled excellence and exclusive services and amenities.
The fifth address for the Italian Maison, the Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai is situated on a man-made island off the coast of Jumeirah Bay Road. Designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, the new destination melds a Mediterranean vibe with the unique feel of the Persian Gulf. The complex comprises 101 rooms and suites plus 20 villas with garden and sea-view, along with a Residence that counts 173 apartments and 15 private mansions.
Guests can also enjoy the 1,700-square-meter Spa, replete with eight treatment rooms and an indoor pool. In the finest Italian tradition, Il Ristorante by Niko Romito – the Michelin-starred Italian chef – proposes refined and contemporary culinary delights. To add to the experience, a Marina and Yacht Club reserved exclusively to hotel guests recreate the charm of a Mediterranean village in the heart of the Persian Gulf.
The establishment was inaugurated with a opening gala on December 7, attended by Jean-Christophe Babin, Chairman and CEO of Bulgari and Bulgari Executive Vice-President Silvio Ursini, joined by architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, chef Niko Romito and Pep Lozano, Managing Director of Bulgari Resort and Residences Dubai.
Two more exceptional Bulgari destinations will open soon in Shanghai and Moscow.
