In the heart of the iconic Paris luxury hotel Le Bristol, three-star Michelin Chef Éric Frechon and Dom Pérignon Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon have combined their virtuosity and their expertise to offer guests a unique gastronomic experience around a meticulously crafted champagne and food pairing menu.

The journey begins in the hotel’s courtyard garden, where guests take place in a private space behind one-way mirrors, specifically designed for the occasion, enabling them to see without being seen, enjoying a rare view of the garden.  The experience starts at a private bar, where exceptional Dom Pérignon cuvées – normally offered only by the bottle – are served by the glass, accompanied by a selection of small bites. This embodies Dom Pérignon’s creative ambition, a perpetual quest for harmony with exquisitely refined culinary creations.

Then, guests are seated for dinner, which features bold pairings such as pan-seared wild turbot with white truffle and caramelized fish bone juice, served with Pérignon Vintage 2004 Plénitude 2, underscoring the ideal of perfect balance.

The remarkable alchemy between Éric Frechon and Vincent Chaperon is manifest, expressing the exceptional gastronomical heritage and unique savoir-faire of the two Maisons.
