Millennium, a subsidiary of Moët Hennessy, has decided to appeal the decision by the Court in California of April 26th, which validated the cancellation of its license of the Belvedere trademark in the US. Millennium, which owns the Belvedere trademark in other countries around the world, does not agree with this decision and intends to defend its rights vigorously.
