Christina Jesaitis has spent her entire career at LVMH, assuming positions of increasing responsibility across divisions, Maisons and markets for over 15 years. From Reims to New York, London and now Switzerland, her experience spans Wines & Sprits and Watches & Jewelry. In each instance, a creative spirit and commitment to excellence has defined her work. Ongoing development opportunities with the Group through LVMH House, including the EllesVMH Coaching Program and Leadership for Business Performance Program, have helped her develop important leadership skills.
“My education very much mirrors my career path: international and interdisciplinary. After earning a degree in Psychology and French from Whitman College in Washington State in the United States, I completed a Masters in International Business of Wines & Spirits at the École Supérieure de Commerce in Dijon, France.
In 2005, I began my career at LVMH and joined the Veuve Clicquot Maison in Reims as International Merchandising Assistant. I then spent five years with Moët Hennessy USA in New York in various roles, most notably, Consumer Development Manager on Veuve Clicquot for the Northeast Region of the United States. In 2011, I became Senior Brand Manager on Veuve Clicquot at Moët Hennessy UK and moved to London.
I joined the Hublot Maison in Nyon, Switzerland in 2015 as Sponsoring & Events Director. For six years, I led our global partnership portfolio strategy, including our collaborations and activations with iconic partners such as FIFA, UEFA, Premier League, Pelé, Kylian Mbappé and Usain Bolt. One of the highlights of this chapter was leading Hublot’s Hospitality Program at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ for over 1,000 of our best clients, press and Brand Ambassadors from across the globe.
My passion for delivering excellence in client experience made transitioning from sponsorship and events to Retail at Hublot a natural evolution. In 2021, I was appointed Chief Retail Officer, the position I hold today. I lead our Retail Department, which oversees Hublot’s ever-growing global footprint of 120+ mono-brand Boutiques. I supervise Boutique store planning, merchandising, operations, performance, marketing, client activations, CRM, client data and training. I am also on Hublot’s Executive Committee and an LVMH THINK Retail mentor.
