Christina Jesaitis has held a variety of positions within the LVMH Group in diverse sectors. From Reims and Geneva to New York and London, her experience spans Wines & Sprits and Watches & Jewelry, enabling her to hone the creative spirit and culture of excellence essential to her work.

“My education very much mirrors my career path and current position, richly diverse and cross-cutting. After a degree in Psychology from Whitman College in Washington, I completed a Masters in International Business of Wines & Spirits at the École Supérieure de Commerce in Dijon.

In 2005, I joined Veuve Clicquot in Reims as International Merchandising Coordinator. I then spent five years with Moët Hennessy USA in New York in various roles, including head of marketing and consumer development on Veuve Clicquot for the Northeast Region of the United States. In 2011, I became Senior Brand Manager on Veuve Clicquot at Moët Hennessy UK, moving to London.

After more than a decade of working in merchandising, marketing and sales in several markets and Maisons within organizations of different sizes, I believe I have gained a very comprehensive array of experience. I also completed a leadership training course at LVMH House in London. I am also currently part of the EllesVMH Coaching program.

As Hublot Sponsoring & Events Director in Geneva since 2015, I am in charge of our global partnership strategy and for overseeing all events, working for example with FIFA, Ferrari or track star Usain Bolt. My responsibilities involve collaboration with all departments at Hublot – the product ateliers in order to develop limited editions, legal to prepare contracts, our different marketing departments, such as Press and Digital for communication around our activities, sales to activate our partnerships in stores, and human resources for recruitment and team development in my own department. Teamwork is fundamental, which was clearly seen in one of our highest profile events, the historic “Hublot Match of Friendship” organized ahead of the UEFA EURO 2016 championships, for which Hublot was Official Watch. We invited a large number of key clients and journalists to the gardens of the Palais-Royal in Paris to see our ambassadors Pelé and Maradona coach their respective teams. The event was a huge success.

My professional environment is both inspiring and demanding.  One needs to show constant creativity in preparing new initiatives, as well as in their organization, execution and communication.  Hublot’s philosophy perfectly underlines this imperative: “No innovation, no future.”
