In this seventh episode, Pallavi Naidu, Senior Director, Skincare Merchandising at Sephora North America, presents Sephora US’s participation in the 15% pledge, an initiative that aims to dedicate 15% of shop shelves to black-owned businesses.

She leads the task force dedicated to the selection and evaluation of skincare brands for this program sharing her enthusiasm and the results of this commitment. Thanks to which, the percentage of black-owned businesses in Sephora shops in the US increased from 2% to 6% between 2020 and 2021. The Maison’s commitments continue to grow in order to attain its goal.
