About SPRING General Management


The LVMH Graduate Program, SPRING General Management, offers you a unique exposure and enriching immersion into our diverse ecosystem. This program aims to equip you with professional skills and develop your leadership potential. Our ambition is to prepare you for a final landing key Manager position at one of our Maisons or within the Group in one of our many métiers, ranging from product design, operations, through retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and many more.

If you are selected to take part in SPRING, you will be offered a permanent contract from the start of the program.

During your 3-year journey, you will rotate across 3 different missions lasting 10 months each within 3 different Maisons. Our goal is to empower you to take ownership of your career by offering you the possibility to choose your missions ‘à la carte’ among a variety of positions. An HR team will be there to help you make the best decisions to carry out your career plans.

Among these three missions, two will be carried out in one of the following areas:

  • ‘Marketing & Communications’ (e.g. Junior Product Manager, Digital Content Manager)
  • ‘Retail & Sales’ (e.g. Retail Trainee Manager, Retail Customer Experience Coordinator)
  • ‘Operations & Supply Chain’ (e.g. International Supply Chain Coordinator, Demand Planner)

The third one will be a Transversal Mission (For example: Shadowing a Maison CEO, Project Manager at a LVMH’s corporate, etc).

Between your rotations, you will join our Learning & Development programs called ‘Summer Boosts’ to foster your personal and professional skills. They consist of strategically designed workshops focusing on the fundamentals of leadership and ways to improve your management skills.

All along your SPRING journey, you will receive invaluable support every step of the way. Each participant will get assigned a Mentor who will help them understand the culture of the LVMH Group and its Maisons, evolve successfully through our ecosystem and make the best career choices.

Over the course of each mission, an HR representative and an experienced Manager will closely follow your progress. Additionally, a dedicated SPRING team will be by your side to ensure a best-in-class experience for all participants.
