The LVMH SPRING Human Resources Graduate Program is the launching pad to your future HR career within LVMH: by occupying 3 different positions, with each mission lasting 8 months each in several Maisons and at Group level, you will have the opportunity to develop your HR expertise, grow your professional network and unlock your full potential. Our ambition is to give you what it takes to become one of the future HR leaders of the LVMH Group.

The LVMH SPRING HR Graduate Program offers you a unique exposure and an enriching immersion into our diverse ecosystem. Requiring no prior HR experience, this program aims to develop your fundamental HR skills, help you cultivate a business mindset, and hone your leadership skills. Our ambition is to prepare you for a final landing key HR position at one of our Maisons or within the Group.

If you are selected to take part in SPRING HR, you will be offered a permanent contract from the start of the program. Over the course of the program, you will rotate across 3 different HR missions, each lasting 8 months, with two at our Maisons and one at the Group. Your two-year journey will be structured based on a strong and customised career path based on your own personal strengths and potential.

All along your SPRING journey, you will receive invaluable support every step of the way. Each participant will get assigned a Mentor who will help them understand the culture of the Group and its Maisons, evolve successfully through our ecosystem and design a personalised career path best suited for your future HR career at LVMH.

Over the course of each mission, an HR representative and an experienced Manager will closely follow your progress. Additionally, a dedicated SPRING team will be by your side to ensure a best-in-class experience for all participants.
