Within Sephora Global Tech team and under the responsibility of the Global Enterprise Solution Director, your main objective is to define the strategy & implement tools to respect the segregation of duties defined by business profiles on Enterprise Solutions.

The Global Enterprise Services department manage more than 30 applications (including SAP, Indirect Purchase, Anaplan…) and deliver dozens of projects a year to deploy them, make them evolve or implement new ones.

In such context, we decided to centralize access & authorization management for these solutions to ensure project quality & secure critical processes.

  • Define, maintain & spread the best practices to build the authorizations and access management in each application.
  • Be the referent & expert on SAP roles definition.
  • Audit our solutions to identify abuses and lack of compliance.
  • Define the strategy & tool for IT users on run & project mode.
  • Conduct projects related to security & access management.
  • Develop a strong partnership with the internal control team to produce analysis, make process evolving.
  • Define processes & workflow to facilitate the users access & modification requests.
  • For new projects, validate/challenge the evolutions on users profiles.
  • For new applications, evaluate editors on access & authorization management.
  • Follow and review inactive users & licences.

 

Do not hesitate to apply if ...

  • Graduate of a Master 2 degree from an engineering, business or university school
  • you have at least 5/8 years of experience in a consulting company or an IT Department.
  • You also have at least 3 years of experience as an Access & Authorization Lead in an international company with large IT landscape.
  • Mastery of standards and methods for an efficient & secured approach which make sense for the users & managers, is an important prerequisite.
  • Experiences in a back-office applications environment & expertise on SAP authorization management are mandatory.

 

In addition, you have the qualities of a transversal leader, that is a strong leadership, organization, the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, resilience, agility, a strong sense of collaboration.  Finally, you are a force of proposal and have a strong customer orientation.

Note that the candidate sought has a fluent level of English (written, oral) and that he/she will be required to make occasional trips.

 

Position based in Sephora Head Office, in Neuilly (France), with 2 days on remote.
