The Opportunity

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for every customer who visits our stores. Through genuine conversations and a warm, welcoming approach, you'll build meaningful connections, understand individual needs, and create an environment that keeps customers coming back.

From supporting customers on the shop floor to processing transactions, replenishing stock, maintaining store standards, and bringing exciting in-store events and promotions to life, you'll contribute to every aspect of the customer journey.

What you’ll be doing…

• Creating memorable customer experiences through genuine conversations and personalised service.
• Building strong relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits.
• Supporting store performance through excellent service and commercial awareness.
• Processing transactions accurately and maintaining efficient front-of-house operations.
• Receiving, organising, and replenishing stock to ensure products are available for customers.
• Maintaining store standards, presentation, and visual displays.
• Supporting store events, activations, and promotions.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
• Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
• Supporting new store opening and operational activities where required.

What you’ll bring…

We're looking for people who are passionate about creating great experiences and helping others.

You may come from retail, hospitality, leisure, travel, customer service, healthcare, entertainment, or another people-focused industry.
