In order to strengthen our Perfumes Europe & Africa Sales and Marketing department and to support the brand elevation development strategy, we are recruiting a talented:
Perfume Marketing Europe & Africa Trainee
From February to July 2027
As part of the Europe & Africa Perfume Marketing team, you will report to the Europe & Africa Marketing Director and contribute to the deployment of regional marketing strategies in a fast-paced, international luxury environment. In this role, you will support key marketing activations, visual merchandising initiatives, distributor coordination, and business analysis, with a particular focus on the Export area, while also supporting the Associate Marketing Manager – Domestic Market.
Job responsibilities
Export Area Marketing Support
1. Trade Marketing & Retail Excellence
- Contribute to the execution of local marketing plans for domestic channels, ensuring alignment with global strategy while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Support the elevation of the Bulgari in-store experience by adapting global guidelines to local market specificities, customer expectations, and competitive dynamics.
- Assist in the creation and development of point-of-sale animation tools, including on-counter experiences, wrapping rituals, and service enhancements.
- Participate in the implementation of the annual marketing plan in close collaboration with distributors, sales teams, and marketing teams, including product launches and additional in-store visibility initiatives.
- Support the development of CAPEX projects across domestic markets, including upgrades and new openings, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Amplification
- Coordinate organic seeding initiatives for each launch across key markets, ensuring rigorous follow-up and supporting regional influencer-led activations.
- Support regional PR coordination, including monthly performance reporting and the implementation of regional activations.
3. E-commerce
- Help optimize product assortment and ensure novelties are available in line with worldwide launch timings.
- Contribute to the enhancement of brand image online and monitor visual updates according to the launch calendar.
- Support the execution and follow-up of e-commerce strategy across markets.
4. Business Intelligence
- Gather and consolidate qualitative and quantitative market feedback to evaluate the impact of regional activations.
- Analyze launch performance, including sell-out, overall performance, and animation results.
- Assist in the preparation of launch and activation reports to track campaign outcomes, visibility, and engagement.
- Consolidate and highlight key results and notable activations from the Export region for the monthly regional newsletter.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
- Monitor and coordinate stock and product orders for internal use, including uniforms, VM props, and sampling tools.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Trade Marketing, Visual Identity, PR, and Events to support the successful delivery of projects.
- Manage incentive orders linked to specific marketing or trade initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
Regional Support
You will also support the Europe & Africa Marketing Director on regional coordination topics, including:
- Coordination of marketing content for the monthly regional newsletter across channels (Travel Retail, Domestic, and affiliates).
- Consolidation of monthly communication reports, including PR and KOL performance.
- Coordination with marketing managers to synthesize and analyze launch reports.
- Support in the organization of team seminars, off-sites, and internal events.
Profile
- You are in the final year of a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and are seeking a 6-month internship in an international and dynamic environment.
- You ideally have initial experience in marketing, retail, or business operations, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
- You have a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are creative, curious, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of transversal projects.
- You demonstrate strong communication and project coordination skills, and are comfortable working across teams and functions.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, you are able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to evolving business needs, and take initiative with confidence.
- Business-minded and analytical, you combine strategic sensitivity with operational rigor.
- Above all, you are a collaborative team player who values trust, excellence, and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
