Position

Job Title: Spa Concierge

Reports To: Spa Management

Job Purpose:

To take care of guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure, providing guests with an exceptional level of service. To ensure enquiries are answered, reservations are recorded correctly, and payments are completed in accordance with the spa’s procedures.

Represents the know-how, attention to detail and elegance of DIOR Spa.

Job responsibilities

Taks and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and Assist Guests: Greet clients with the highest level of hospitality. Assist with Client inquiries regarding spa services, products, and promoting exclusive offerings of DIOR Spa.
• Client Profile Management: Maintain and manage client profiles with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Reservation Management: Record, manage, and confirm all scheduled appointments with accuracy.
• Check-In and Check-Out: Conduct check-in, check-out, service payment, and retail sales procedures seamlessly.
• Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area always reflects the standards of DIOR Spa.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare detailed daily reports on treatments performed, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Adherence to Procedures: Reference and strictly adhere to DIOR Spa’s operating procedures.
• Service Descriptions: Provide thorough and elegant descriptions of spa treatments and services.
• Guest Satisfaction: Respond accurately and promptly to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction. Report any guest-related occurrences requiring attention to management.
• Assist Spa Operations: Support all areas of spa operations as requested by management.

Profile

Skills and Competencies:

• Good working knowledge of booking software
• Sales and or customer service training is an advantage
• Three (3) years’ relevant experience, especially in luxury spa or hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
• Articulate verbal and written communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to focus on guest service, always remaining calm and patient
• Strong attention to detail in a multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Additional information

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $30 - $33 per hour, plus variable incentive eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
