Position

The Talent Engagement & Learning Manager is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to maximize the attraction, retention, and development of our talents within the region. They will oversee all employee engagement & skill development initiatives, ensuring the creation of a stimulating, inclusive, and high-performing work environment aligned with the values of our Maison.

Job responsibilities

  • Employee Experience:
    • Map and improve the employee experience at each stage of the journey (recruitment, onboarding, development, departure).
    • Implement initiatives to promote well-being at work, quality of life, and employee engagement.
    • Measure and improve employee engagement following surveys and feedbacks collecting.
    • Create a positive and motivating corporate culture.
  • Learning & Development, in collaboration with Dior Academy and Central Learning Teams
    • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across the organization in regards with performance management, retail career paths, and targeting more specifically Head Offices Talents & HR community upskilling.
    • Implement comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the Europe goals
    • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
    • Promote & Roll out impactful CSR initiatives and programs across Europe : DE&I, gender equality, health & well being, ethics & compliance, community engagement…
    • Raise awareness and train employees on CSR issues.
    • Coordinate CSR monitoring and reporting
  • Internal Communications:
    • Develop and deploy the region's internal communications strategy
    • Oversee the creation of relevant and engaging content for various internal communication channels
    • Measure the effectiveness of internal communications activities and propose improvements.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Define and promote the region's employer brand
    • Develop attractive communication activities to attract top talent.
    • Maintain an active presence on professional social networks and recruitment events. 

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven HR experience of minimum 10-15 years, as HR Generalist and ideally coupled with an HR Expertise role (learning, talent engagement & development, HR communications, CSR… ) in retail & international environments
  • A Masters degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Fluent in English;  French is a plus.

Competencies:

  • Ability to manage projects effectively across different work environments
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) coupled with cultural sensitivity necessary for addressing diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles as well as contemporary digital education methods.
  • Strong leadership & influence capabilities with an emphasis on collaboration
  • Innovative thinking blended with practical execution
  • Comfortable making decisions based on data analysis
