Position

A  boutique Field Trainer is responsible for defining training boutique’s team knowledge gaps and training needs in collaboration with boutique department managers and ultimately boutique directors.

The role is responsible for delivering every on the field activities and programs, including definition, execution of a monthly Diorly (team briefing) calendar according to team gaps and needs, in collaboration with boutique department managers.

The field trainer is a shop floor base role and will spend time on the floor observing, providing feedback and on spot coaching to Sales Associate monitoring performance based on KPIs, NPS and CX reports.

Responsible for in boutique “On boarding program” completion for 100% of boutique new joiners, including completion and training on all Dior app and retail platforms.

Job responsibilities

Training

 

Define and implement Diorly monthly calendar according to boutique team needs and business priorities

Collaborate with boutique director at structuring staff development programs

Observe sales team and provide feedback and on spot coaching according to Dior level of service, client experience and standards

Deliver in boutique training, animate in boutique activities to all staff members

Follow up on training programs based on performance results ( boutique and individual)

 

Collaborate with Regional Training specialists for training follow ups, reporting results and further needs 

 

Delivers consistent check up  and monitoring of knowledge implementation through tests and questionnaires

 

Identify  and propose to boutique director and ME head of training “out of the box’ training solutions according to team & boutique reality and situation

  • Experience required in a customer service field, preferably Luxury R
  • Fundamental knowledge and skills in Training and Development activities
  • Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of internal and external clients, displaying passion, energy and commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Ability to use computer software and applications
