Position

Job Title: Spa Attendant

Reports To: Spa Management

Job Purpose:

To assist the management and client services teams in maintaining the spa operational, hygienic, clean and tidy, as well as furnished with adequate linen and supplies at all times.

Represents the know-how, attention to detail and elegance of DIOR Spa.

Job responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintains the cleanliness of the spa that should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with standards.
• Ensures adequate stock of linen, supplies and amenities; inform management when stock is low.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and guest courtesy at all times.
• Cleans and maintains spa areas, including back of house.
• Aid therapists in setting up and take down for treatments.
• Attends to guest needs as they arise.
• Assists in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
• Communicates to management any details regarding guest experience that require attention.
• Reports any equipment issues to management.
• References and abides by the spa’s operating procedures.

Profile

Skills and Competencies:

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, with a high level of attention to details.
• Team player.

Additional information

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus variable incentive eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
