Store Manager - Barcelona Passeig de Gràcia

Position

As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Store Manager efficiently develops and optimizes the Paseo de Gracia boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations, and maintaining the highest level of customer service throughout the store in line with Christian Dior expectations.

Job responsibilities

Team Management & Boutique Performance

• Design the optimum boutique structure, recruit the right profiles, and proactively build a talent pipeline.

• Drive performance management, ensure people development, motivate, and reinforce team engagement.

• Ensure the day-to-day management, training, coaching, and motivation of the boutique team.

• Conduct and participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and key operational information.

• Analyze boutique data to make diagnoses and define action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.

• Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates while leading the implementation of strategic action plans.

• Optimize boutique performance and profitability through continuous KPI monitoring.

Clientele Service & Management

• Participate in the coordination of sales promotion activities, trunk shows, seasonal events, and CRM initiatives tailored to the local and international clientele.

• Implement and monitor CRM programs to maximize client retention and engagement.

• Act as a direct Ambassador of the Maison to build and maintain relationships with VIPs.

Boutique Operations & Administration

• Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and luxury standards.

• Manage the back office, administration, store expenses, and budget adherence.

• Oversee associate compliance with established company policies, security procedures, and lock-up routines.

• Oversee inventory processes, monitor merchandise pricing, gather transfers/damages, and minimize stock loss.

• Participate in merchandise displays and visual presentations according to Maison guidelines.

Profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail management.

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage stress, and adapt flexibly to store needs.

• Mentoring and coaching attitude with high emotional intelligence.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan and additional foreign languages are a strong plus.
