Job responsibilities
CELINE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Auditor to join our team in Florence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing risk management framework across our Italy operations which includes Industrial Ready to Wear, Leather Goods and Accessories, Shoes, Logistics and Retail. Reporting Structure: direct report to the Industrial Risk & Audit Director based in Florence, and part of the global team based in Paris HQ. YOUR IMPACT • Carry forward: • a comprehensive risk assessment according to the Group Guidelines. • an annual audit program – including the LVMH Compliance program ERICA - on key processes according to the Group Guidelines. • an effective periodic reporting to key stakeholders • Propose remediations. • Lead or co-lead process and systems improvements projects. • Track and follow up on findings previously noted. The ideal candidate will have the unique opportunity to establish this crucial function from the ground up, shaping its evolution to maximize its effectiveness for our internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires progressive thinking, adeptness at building functions within greenfield environments, and a commitment to continual performance enhancement. Travel is required up to 20% of time, mainly in Italy.
Profile
Education: Master’s degree in economics or engineering is required (or equivalent) Experience: Proven experience of min 3-5 years in Major External Audit Firms. Competencies: • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in audit and risk assessment methodologies. • Strong communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach towards working with various departments. • Excellent Communication skills including the latest means of communication • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint • Excellent knowledge in the usage of Analytics tools is a plus (i.e. Power BI) Languages: Fluent English is essential. French is a plus.
