We invite knowledgeable, charming, passionate and committed candidates who possess excellent communication skills and fulfill below requirements to join our growing team;

• Foundation level or Bachelors Degree in Culinary; qualification and experience in chocolate making will be an added advantage.
• Mastered the French techniques of bread baking and pastry production.
• Ability to present yourself with confidence, displaying strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in English and French; proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations; especially Food & Beverage operations.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results while managing a multi-cultural team.
