Position

Between the tropical vegetation and the iconic granite boulders, Cheval Blanc Seychelles unveils a contemporary Maison nestled on Anse Intendance, the Seychelles’ most beautiful bay.​

Curled up on the beach or perched on the hillside, 52 villas have been imagined by architect Jean-Michel Gathy. And out of sight, on the beach facing the turquoise horizon, a 5-bedroom exclusive villa embodies the quintessence of Cheval Blanc Art de Recevoir.​

Culinary art is celebrated through five creative scenes: Mizumi, the Asian restaurant by the lake, Vivamento, the vibrant Italian pool-side bar, Sula, the feet-in-the-sand beach club, and Cheval Blanc’s signature concepts, Le 1947 French gastronomic restaurant and Le White cosmopolitan restaurant. ​

This peaceful retreat also boasts a collection of wellness rituals by Guerlain at the Cheval Blanc Spa, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a surf simulator and two tennis and padel courts. Little ones are invited to enter a world of amazement at Le Carrousel kids’ club while our Ambassadeurs craft memorable bespoke experiences for each and every guest.

Job responsibilities

Become a Reservations Agent at Cheval Blanc, where you will shape the experience of our guests by surprising them, anticipating their needs, and offering them bespoke service. You will assist the Reservations Manager by guaranteeing the reliability and quality of our services. 
Behind the scenes, you will ensure the rigorous management of reservations, adhering to Cheval Blanc's quality standards and ensuring perfect coordination between the different departments of the Maison. 
You will have a perfect knowledge of our rooms and services, and you will know how to showcase them to create unforgettable stays while optimizing the occupancy of our establishment. 
Your ability to be confidential and discreet will allow you to maintain excellent relationships with our guests. 
You will pay particular attention to the administrative management of reservations, ensuring meticulous monitoring of each stage, from invoicing to the deposit of down payments, to guarantee an excellent experience.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management
• Experience in luxury hotels and resort operations
• 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent in a similar establishment
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of software's such as Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
• Fluent in English and French
• Mastery of a third language is appreciated
