Curled up on the beach or perched on the hillside, 52 villas have been imagined by architect Jean-Michel Gathy as an ode to creole traditions and a tribute to Nature. Culinary art is celebrated through five creative scenes: Mizumi, the Asian restaurant by the lake, Vivamento, the vibrant Italian pool-side bar, Sula, the feet-in-the-sand beach club, and Cheval Blanc’s signature concepts, Le 1947 French gastronomic restaurant and Le White cosmopolitan restaurant.

This peaceful retreat also boasts a collection of wellness rituals by Guerlain at the Cheval Blanc Spa, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a surf simulator, a tennis court, and a padel court.. Little ones are invited to enter a world of amazement at Le Carrousel kids’ club while our Ambassadeurs craft memorable bespoke experiences for each and every guest.

We are currently looking for a young, dynamic and self-motivated Majordome (Butler) to join the Front Office Department.

Profile

We invite knowledgeable, charming, passionate and committed candidates who possess excellent communication skills and fulfill below requirements to join our growing team of Ambassadeurs;

• Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school graduate
• Must be fluent in English and French
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a luxury resort/hotel setting in a similar role
• Food & Beverage service background will be an advantage
• Ability to present yourself with confidence, displaying strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to respond to different situations with flexibility in a fast paced environment
• Able to work alone and in a team
• Proactive, reliable and flexible
• Friendly, polite and open-minded
• Keen eye for detail and highly service oriented
