Job responsibilities

As a member of the Food & Beverage team the Assistant Restaurant Manager's role is to strengthen and deliver the services to the Maison's guests, managing a culturally diverse team of young and passionate Ambassadeurs.

Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of restaurant operation, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing a dedicated team. Assistant Restaurant Manager will encompass various aspects, including team management, customer service, financial performance, and adherence to company standards.
Manage the Restaurant operations, - Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
Recruit, manage and develop the Restaurant team. - Develop menus with other members of F&B team to ensure that this is done in line with the budgeted guidelines.
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Profile

Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury segment
- Ability to comply with all F&B brand standards
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards
- Willingness to develop Ambassadeurs and self
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Must be fluent in English
