Job responsibilities

Beneath the turquoise waters surrounding Cheval Blanc Randheli lies a world of discovery and wonder. As Seasonal Dive Instructor, you create unforgettable underwater experiences while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest care. You accompany guests of all experience levels on diving adventures and excursions, sharing your expertise and passion for the marine environment while delivering personalized instruction and guidance. In close collaboration with the Dive Centre team, you contribute to the smooth operation of daily diving activities, equipment maintenance, and guest engagement. Through enthusiasm, vigilance, and exceptional service, you help create memorable moments beneath the Maldivian waters.

Profile

Experience

Previous experience as a Dive Instructor within a resort, dive centre, or marine tourism environment

Experience conducting diving excursions, training sessions, and guest briefings

Exposure to luxury hospitality environments

Hard skills

PADI Certified Dive Instructor qualification is mandatory

Strong knowledge of diving safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and emergency response protocols

Ability to conduct diving courses, guided dives, and guest orientation sessions with confidence and professionalism

Fluent English, spoken and written

Soft skills
