Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
HRIS Project Management:
Lead and coordinate complex HRIS projects (implementation of new modules, system migration, process optimization, implementation of interfaces with third-party systems, etc.) for all Maisons of the Fashion Group.
Support the deployment of Core HR for one of our Maisons.
Participate actively in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions aimed at optimizing our HR processes.
Contribute to a strategic project aimed at implementing a budgeting tool.
Define functional and technical requirements in collaboration with HR teams, business units, and solution providers.
Establish and rigorously monitor schedules, budgets, and necessary resources.
Facilitate steering committees and project committees and ensure transparent communication on project progress.
Manage risks and alerts, and propose corrective action plans.
Ensure functional and technical acceptance testing of implemented solutions.
Manage and support an internal collaborator in carrying out their HRIS missions, this collaborator being responsible for piloting the HRIS run.
HRIS & Data Functional Expertise:
Provide expertise on market HRIS solutions and best practices (SAP SuccessFactors).
Contribute to the harmonization of HR processes within the Fashion Group division, taking into account the specificities of each Maison.
Carry out data cleaning and data reliability actions within Core HR.
Design & implement dynamic Power BI reports from Core HR data, in order to provide key indicators to HR teams and management.
Actively participate in the ICR (Individual Compensation Review) campaign by providing your HRIS expertise.
Change Management:
Support HR teams and end-users in adopting new tools and processes, through appropriate communication and training plans.
Provide post-deployment support and upskilling for teams, particularly in the context of Core HR deployment for one of our Maisons.
External Providers Management :
Manage relationships with HRIS solution providers and integrators.
Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and other HRIS Project Managers within the LVMH Group.
Profile
Higher education degree (Bac+5) in IT, project management, Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in HRIS project management, ideally in an international environment or a large group.
Excellent knowledge of HR processes and HRIS tools, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in Power BI and a strong interest in data and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, work cross-functionally, and unite multi-functional teams.
First experience in management or supporting collaborators.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and results-orientation.
Ability to evolve in a demanding and constantly changing environment.
Fluent French and English (oral and written) are essential.
