Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager

Job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

- To create Japan VMD guideline based on the global guideline, and ensure the execution at stores.
- To visit stores regularly and efficiently in order to support the sales increase.
- To implement VMD training for store staff and support them regularly to enhance brand image to customer.
- To enhance strong relationship and communication with HQ VMD team and other functions in Japan.
- To work closely with HQ VMD and HQ Architect teams from the stage of store planning in order to create the best visual / product merchandising in the store.
- To plan and monitor VMD budget in order to realize the activities efficiently with lower cost.
- To manage VMD fixtures and tools, including communication with warehouse staff and appropriate distribution to each store.

Profile

Mission Statement:
This position is responsible to establish refined brand image at all retail network by enhancing product display, instore and window styling while supporting sales growth through Visual Merchandising.

Reporting Structure: Report to General Mechandising Manager, Givenchy Japan

Subordinates: Assistant based in Store
