Job responsibilities

· Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers

· Provide solutions to customers and to maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling

· Handle customer enquires

· Follow up the transaction at cashier counter

· Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on shop promotion

· Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor

· Provide support in merchandising arrivals

· Provide support for in-shop events

· Provide support in visual merchandising and display

· Enforce safety, health and security rules
