La maison Guerlain recherche pour son site de production de parfums basé à Orphin un(e) stagiaire Ingénieur(e) Amélioration Continue

Job responsibilities

Rattaché(e) à l’Ingénieur Industrialisation, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles (Opérateurs, Machinistes, Techniciens), Planning Court-Terme, Qualité et Sécurité. Vous serez amené(e) à identifier les axes d’améliorations et proposer des solutions sur différents items de l’atelier. Vos missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Vous piloterez des groupes de travail orientés sur la performance du process de conditionnement parfum sur lignes automatiques ou manuelles
  • Vous participerez à des projets d’amélioration continue en transverse sur les différentes technologies de l’atelier (surconsommation, micro-arrêt, changement d’équipement)
  • Vous participerez aux actions court terme issues des réunions quotidiennes de l’atelier (rédaction procédures, management visuel, formation équipe, analyse de problématiques techniques…)

Profile

  • Actuellement en formation niveau Bac +5 école d’ingénieur
  • Vous recherchez une mission terrain où les interactions sont nombreuses. 
  • Vous êtes pragmatique et orienté(e) résultats.

Stage de 6 mois à pourvoir à compter de janvier/février 2027 sur notre site de production de parfums situé à Orphin (78).

It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women.
