La maison GUERLAIN, recrute en stage un(e) : INGENIEUR SUPPLY CHAIN – MASTER DATA & DIGITAL (H/F) à partir de Janvier 2027, pour une durée de 6 mois

Job responsibilities

L'ingénieur Supply Chain – Master Data & Digital apporte son support au Master Data Manager sur les questions opérationnelles relatives aux articles dans nos différents outils, conformément à la stratégie de la Maison.

 

Vous êtes intégré(e) dans l’équipe Data & Digital qui comporte trois pôles.

  • Un pôle Catalogue Produit qui pilote la complexité du catalogue, la vie de l’article et ses données dans nos systèmes internes (SAP notamment).
  • Un pôle Data Community et AI
  • Un pôle automatisation (RPA et Power Plateform)

Data

  • Animer, actualiser et développer les tableaux de bord afin de mieux piloter la complétude et la cohérence du catalogue Guerlain.
  • Participation active à la consolidation de nos process du PLM, mise en place du monitoring des paramétrages du PLM 
  • Concevoir et expérimenter des solutions Data & IA visant à anticiper et faciliter la création des références produits.
  • Développer des Proof of Concepts (Excel, Power BI, IA générative) permettant d'automatiser et de professionnaliser l'enrichissement de données catalogue, et d'assister les équipes dans l'application des process.

 

Digital

  • Accompagner le déploiement des projets Product Management (PLM)
  • Apporter son support sur des projets transverses et multi-maisons attenants à la gestion du catalogue produits
  • Contribuer au déploiement du corps modèle article LVMH Beauty

Profile

  • Issu(e) d’une formation BAC+5 (type école d’ingénieur) avec une orientation Supply-Chain et/ou data
  • Anglais courant
  • Forte aisance en data et analyse de données, maîtrise des outils Power Plateform (PBI, Power Apps, …)
  • Forte prédisposition au travail collaboratif, et aisance relationnelle.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de vulgarisation

It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
