La maison Guerlain recherche pour son site de production de cosmétiques basé à Chartres un(e) stagiaire Ingénieur(e) Production pour notre atelier de conditionnement soin.

Job responsibilities

Rattaché(e) au Responsable conditionnement soin, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, qualité, logistique et sécurité.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Vous piloterez plusieurs chantiers d’amélioration continue orientés performance, qualité ou sécurité en utilisant la méthode DMAIC
Vous participerez à la résolution de problèmes complexes en appliquant des outils d’amélioration continue
Vous déploierez des outils digitaux dans le but d’améliorer le pilotage de la production et l’efficacité de nos routines
Vous accompagnerez les équipes dans le développement de la culture amélioration continue
Vous participerez activement à nos boucles de réactivité (Animation à Intervalle court)

Profile

Vous suivez une formation Bac +5 type école d’ingénieur
Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en production et/ou en amélioration continue dans un univers industriel
Vous avez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles ainsi que de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de reporting.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) comme étant une personne organisée, autonome, curieuse, orientée résultat et dynamique.

It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
