職務概要

エリアマネージャー アウトレットは、ブランドのアウトレット店舗である御殿場プレミアムアウトレットの責任者を務めるとともに、全国各地に展開する複数のアウトレット店舗の運営を統括するポジションです。各アウトレット店舗の状況に応じた指導とサポートを通じて、顧客体験の向上、売上の最大化、そしてアウトレット事業の成長を推進します。週あたりの基本的な業務配分は、遠隔でのオフィス業務1日、御殿場プレミアムアウトレットでの店舗運営2日、遠隔でのエリアマネージャー業務2日(必要に応じて全国のアウトレット店舗を巡回する出張を含む)となっており、現場と本部機能をバランスよく連携させるハイブリッド型のポジションです。

 

Position Title: Area Manager, Outlet

Location: Gotemba (Responsible Area: Nationwide)

Job Summary

The Area Manager – Outlet serves as the manager of the brand’s outlet store at Gotemba Premium Outlets and oversees the operation of multiple outlets stores across Japan. Through providing guidance and support tailored to each store’s situation, this role aims to enhance customer experience, maximize sales, and drive the growth of the outlet business.

 

The typical weekly work allocation is one day of remote office work, two days managing the Gotemba Premium Outlets store, and two days managing area operations remotely (including business trips to outlet stores nationwide as needed). This is a hybrid position that balances on-site and headquarters functions.

  • 御殿場プレミアムアウトレット店舗の責任者として、日々のオペレーション、サービス水準の維持・向上を実施
  • 全国各アウトレット店舗を定期的に巡回し、現場の課題把握と改善指導を行う
  • 各アウトレット店舗運営エージェンシーと連携し、目標設定を通じて売上最大化を推進
  • 売上やKPIの進捗をモニタリングし、本社方針に沿ったアクションプランを店舗へ展開
  • 商品展開や顧客対応など、店舗オペレーションがブランド基準に沿って行われるよう管理
  • アウトレット展開商品のアロケーション業務を遂行し、適材適所を見極める
  • 各アウトレット店舗の在庫管理および棚卸業務を主導し、効率的な運営を推進
  • 本社リテールチーム(アウトレット担当、リテールヘッド)と連携し、各店舗の実行力・運営品質の向上を図る
  • MDVMDなど他部門と協力し、エリア特性や店舗ニーズに応じた施策の提案・実施を行う

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the manager of the Gotemba Premium Outlets store, overseeing daily operations and maintaining/improving the level of service.
  • Regularly visit outlet stores nationwide to identify on-site issues and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Collaborate with outlet store management agencies to maximize sales through goal setting.
  • Monitor sales and KPI progress and implement action plans in stores based on headquarters policies.
  • Ensure that store operations such as product lineup and customer service are conducted in accordance with brand standards.
  • Execute the allocation of products for outlet stores, identifying the right product for the right place
  • Lead inventory management and stocktaking operations at each outlet store, promoting efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the headquarters retail team (Outlet representative, Head of Retail) to enhance execution and operational quality at each store.
  • Work together with other departments such as MD and VMD to propose and implement initiatives tailored to the characteristics and needs of each area and store.

Profile

必須条件

  • ファッションリテール、特にラグジュアリー分野でのアウトレットビジネス経験(3~5年以上)
  • 複数店舗や広域エリアの統括経験を含む店舗ビジネスマネジメント、エリアマネージャー経験(35年以上)
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力(英語スキルがあれば尚可)
  • 戦略的かつ分析的な問題解決スキル
  • Microsoft OfficeWord, Excel, PowerPoint)の中級以上のスキル

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in outlet business within the fashion retail industry, especially in the luxury sector
  • 3–5 years of experience in store business management and area management (including overseeing multiple stores or wide areas)
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a plus)
  • Strategic and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
