Job responsibilities

Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, du Groupe Bon Marché, rattaché(e) au Responsable Prévention, Santé Sécurité, vous intégrez le pôle santé, en binôme avec une seconde infirmière.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer les soins, qu’ils soient bénins ou relevant d’un accident du travail.
  • Tenir à jour le registre des soins et réaliser les déclarations nécessaires auprès du service Paie/RH.
  • Réaliser l’analyse des risques liés aux troubles musculosquelettiques (TMS) pour les nouveaux arrivants sur des postes de bureau.
  • Assurer la vaccination.
  • Contribuer à la prévention en santé au travail par la diffusion de conseils et la participation à des actions de sensibilisation.
  • Participer à l’animation lors de la Journée Sécurité.
  • Suivre et transmettre les dossiers de maintien dans l’emploi.
  • Participer en lien avec l’équipe RSE aux actions liées au handicap en entreprise.
  • Maintenir et suivre les KPI Santé.
  • S’assurer de la planification des intérimaires.
  • Veiller à la mise à jour et à la disponibilité du matériel médical.
  • Participer au CSSCT.

Profile

Diplômé(e) du DEI (Diplôme d’État Infirmier) et vous détenez l'AFGSU niveau 2 (Attestation de Formation aux Gestes et Soins d’Urgence).

Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous avez des qualités d'écoute, une excellente pédagogie et vous savez travailler en autonomie.

Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche was the first department store in the world. It opened in 1852 in Paris at the instigation of Aristide Boucicaut and his wife Marguerite. They were both in favor of “a new kind of store that would thrill all the senses”. Combining unconventionality and elegance, this unique space designed by the architect Louis-Charles Boileau and the engineer Gustave Eiffel displayed a singular style influenced by the creative vitality of Paris’s Rive Gauche. Original creations and limited editions stood alongside a selection of the most beautiful objects from all over the world. Women’s, men’s and children’s fashion, accessories, tableware and design, but also cultural exhibitions, furniture collections and contemporary works of art filled the space and generated surprise. Here, as in the beginning, discovery and amazement are the foundations of a way of life that transforms shopping into an art de vivre.
