As Wholesale Merchandiser, you will support the Wholesale Merchandising team in the business follow-up, triggering actions to maximize its profitability. You will work on the sales projections, performance monitoring of the Key partners, providing, maintaining and keeping updated product information related to the Stock control, linked directly to the reorder process to maximize the profitability of the merchandise, production order management, product information updates and the Inbounds plan follow-up.
Please note the role is temporary.
Job responsibilities
Your role will be:
- Sales forecast: work on the sales projections for the Wholesale business and E-Concession.
- Prebuys: working closely with the Collection Merch teams throughout the development of the collection advancing our best estimate order quantities for production.
- Sell out follow up: weekly follow-up of the performance of the E-Commerce business and the Key Wholesale accounts. Analysis of best sellers among the different partners and comparision vs Retail network results. Reassortment proposal for the E-Commerce business.
- On each buying session: Definition of the Buying guidelines and insuring its application for our WHL Clients. Report generation of panoramas, line sheets, best sellers, order analysis per Client.
- Product info updates: deal with the Product teams to get any changes on the products (codes, sizes…) and assure they are properly implemented in the systems. Updating to the Wholesale Commercial and Operations teams.-
- VM follow up: monitoring the display of the collection among our Major Online Partners, assuring aligned with the defined corporative image.
- Reorders: handling the Client product requests throughout the season checking the stock availability in coordination with Supply and Retail merch teams. Publication of the available stock list as well as detailed
re-assortment proposal for the Major Partners based on their performance with the aim to maximize their sales potential. - Position interactions: Collection Merchandising, Retail merchandising, Wholesale Operations and Wholesale Commercial teams.
Profile
What is important for the role:
- Analytical skills with ability to manage high amount of information.
- Data cross check and manage processes end to end, detail oriented.
- Excel super user is a must.
- Advanced English level required.
- Main systems used: Microstrategy, CBR, BSS, JOOR.
- 3/4 years of experience in a similar position in the Fashion Industry.
