Job responsibilities

At our Paris office, you will work closely with the Retail Director for France & Monaco, as well as the Operations and Merchandising teams for the Northern Europe region.
Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Driving retail performance and operational excellence across the region.
  • Assist in commercial planning, KPI monitoring, CRM and sales analysis, and
  • Preparation of business reviews for management.
  • Contribute to retail operations projects, process improvements, and store performance opportunities,
  • Supporting local events and cross-functional coordination with Retail Operations, Marketing teams, vendor management & Merchandising.

Profile

  • University Degree or Business School degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI, reporting, and ERP tools is considered a plus.
  • Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Retail Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Business Analysis, Forecasting, or Management Consulting, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry is considered a plus.
  • Fluent both in French & English
