Position
As a student at our Louis Vuitton store in Copenhagen, your mission is to provide valuable support across various tasks in our store. This role aims to give an overview of how a luxury store works, where the tasks will involve supporting and learning from the Client Advisors, as well as stock management, and retail hospitality.
Job responsibilities
- Welcoming and providing an excellent first impression of our brand to all clients.
- Supporting the team by animating the waiting clients and ensuring smooth client communication and experience.
- Managing the daily client appointment calendar, promoting our appointment service as required.
- Advise clients across the House and all product universes.
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Receive and organize stock deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain an orderly and well-organized stockroom.
- Assist in setting up window and in-store displays and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively.
Additional tasks may be assigned based on your ability to effectively manage the core responsibilities of this role.

Additional information
- Start Date: 2-Year Traineeship program starting July 2025
- Location: Louis Vuitton Store Copenhagen
- Mandatory: Internship convention provided by the school
- To be eligible for employment, you must have completed and EUX, EUD or HHX program. Candidates with other upper secondary qualifications (Andean gymnasial baggrund) must supplement their education with a 5-week EUS course.

- 1st Step: An HR Interview with a member of the Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland team.
- 2nd Step: An in-store interview with a manager of the Copenhagen Store.
