We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead our Maintenance, Technical, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) teams, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and process enhancement within our manufacturing environment. As a pivotal member of the Texas Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Plant Director of the workshop.

Job responsibilities

Your impact as a Technical Manager, you will:

  • Lead & Develop Teams – Oversee and mentor a team of maintenance, technical, and HSE professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Enhance Safety & Compliance – Drive HSE initiatives, risk management strategies, and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Optimize Maintenance & Processes – Implement maintenance programs and continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency.
  • Manage Budgets & Assets – Develop investment strategies, track maintenance expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Lead technical advancements, standardize best practices across sites, and collaborate on cross-functional projects.

Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Senior manager with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant manufacturing/industrial experience.
  • Proven project management experience with a high-growth organization.
  • OSHA compliance knowledge: professional certifications such as OHST, ASP, or CSP are a plus.
