Position
The primary objective of this role is to support and enhance the client experience and learning initiatives across the Singapore and Malaysia retail stores. This includes driving a community of Client Experience Ambassadors, ensuring alignment with client service standards, monitoring KPIs, and facilitating learning programs such as the LV Art of Selling and the Experts Academy. The role also involves streamlining operational processes, including uniform standards and service levels, and ensuring effective communication between teams. Additionally, the intern will assist with organizing workshops, tracking progress, and reporting on store performance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive store success.

The scope of this role will adapt to different business needs and projects throughout the year.
Main duties are:
- Driving a community of Client Experience Ambassadors: assist in providing an overview of KPI achievement and to highlight opportunities in-stores to exceed clients expectations, such as Dare to Delight and VOICE as Client Experience Measurements.
- Support Learning Community: Assist in organizing and following-up on the implementation of the LV Art of Selling in-stores and to provide tools to further alignment with the company’s values and client service standards.
- 6KPIs: extract and monitor data, define format and structure and provide reports for the stores.
- Uniform and Level of Service: ensure harmonization of the quarterly Uniform order process and ensure Standards (such as refreshments) are reviewed and aligned across all the stores.
- Community engagement: liaise with BOH community to follow-up on operational tasks and provide feedback with updates on tools. Ensure timely follow-up and partnership with the Zone counterpart.
- Learning workshops: assist in organizing learning workshops, from the planning, sign-up, communication and follow-up with the learning community and stores to identify the ROI in stores.
- Learning Program Execution: Help with the planning and execution of learning programs like the Experts Academy, ensuring effective roll-out across Singapore and Malaysia.
Other tasks would also include:
- Liaise with Singapore and Malaysia stores and departments: constant involvement with teams to optimize the communication flow and ensure alignment on key projects.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, setting up vendors and timely payments.
- Set up of formal and informal meetings to assess the execution of tasks and monitor the alignment with initial plan.
- Prepare weekly reports including a Client Experience and Operational overview, demonstrating progress and opportunities for the stores to follow-up on.
Profile

Internship, able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship from July to December 2025
- Experience in project administration/coordination.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills with attention to detail along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with a variety of personalities with professionalism.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an entrepreneurial approach to project management and a commitment to team support.
- Able to help create, develop, and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
- Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures.
