Position Overview: Join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

We are currently looking for a E-Commerce Web Content Editor for the Client Services Europe based in Brussels.

The E-commerce Web Content Editor internship is designed to immerse the intern in the brand’s digital environment, actively contributing to the management and publication of web content for e-commerce websites.

The main objective of the internship is to ensure that the digital experience reflects the brand’s excellence while supporting communication and merchandising initiatives.

The intern will also contribute to the implementation of new digital projects and actively participate in regular product launches.

Job responsibilities

  • Participate in online product launches, ensuring that all product information is accurately published and accessible.
  • Ensure regular updates and maintenance of editorial and product content across websites, including product pages, brand content, and editorial copy.
  • Review and validate published content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Manage the import and synchronization of translation files (Excel) into CMS platforms, working closely with the translation agency to ensure product information accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams: collaborate closely with e-merchandising teams, local teams, and the translation agency to ensure smooth and timely content and product launches.
  • Update templates weekly in Canva (e.g., GIFs, presentations).
  • Contribute to new digital projects, particularly by supporting content publication and optimization.

Profile

  • Final-year student in e-business, digital, e-commerce, web communication, or a related field.
  • Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.
  • Available for a period of six months.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, digital environments, and online ecosystems.
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms, ideally in an e-commerce context (Cormedia, Shopify, PrestaShop, WordPress, or equivalent).
  • Good command of content creation tools, especially Canva, as well as Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, essential for handling tasks requiring accuracy and follow-up.
  • Sensitivity to brand image, visual consistency, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a structured manner.
  • Proactive, autonomous, curious, and committed profile with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and, ideally, project management tools.
  • Interest in task automation and the use of digital tools (e.g., Notion, Power Automate, Excel), which would be a strong asset for improving workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web writing best practices.
  • Strong command of French and English.
