Our Texas workshop is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, to join our growing team. As a pivotal member of the HR team, reporting to our HR Director.

you will be responsible for leading and executing full cycle recruitment activities for the Rochambeau Ranch Atelier, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with LVUSM standards and operational needs.

This role partners closely with operational leadership to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, workforce planning initiatives, and sourcing approaches to meet current and future hiring demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring a strong talent pipeline, supporting business continuity, and maintaining alignment with the Maison’s standards of craftsmanship, discipline, and operational excellence. The role requires strong collaboration with leadership, a hands-on approach to recruiting, and the ability to operate with urgency and precision in a high-volume hiring environment.

Given the operational nature of the business, this role requires bilingual ability in English and Spanish to effectively engage and support significant day-to-day communication with diverse candidates and employees throughout the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management for hourly and salaried roles
  • Partner with Operations leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs to ensure alignment with production demand and business objectives
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
  • Maintain strong presence on the workshop floor to understand operational needs and strengthen engagement with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensure all recruitment, hiring, and onboarding practices are conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including equal employment opportunity laws, as well as Company policies and guidelines
  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and timely communication
  • Track and report recruitment metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and workforce trends and provide recommendations to leadership regarding staffing strategies, recruiting effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Support onboarding coordination in partnership with the HR Business Partner and the Training Team and Operations to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Partner with leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment visibility, including LinkedIn and external talent platforms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources, agencies, and community partners as needed
  • Support and participate in workforce planning discussions and hiring forecasts
  • Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives impacting talent acquisition and workforce development
  • Participate and engage in community events related to talent attraction
  • Plus additional responsibilities based on business needs

Profile

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with operational leadership
  • Results driven with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, high volume operational environment
