브랜드 앰버서더&고객경험

• 브랜드를 대표하여 스토어를 방문하는 고객을 맞이하고, 루이비통의 가치와 헤리티지를 전달하며 최고의 고객경험을 제공합니다.

• 제품에 대한 전문 지식을 바탕으로 고객에게 맞는 제품을 상담하고 판매합니다.

신규 고객 창출 & VIC 관리

• 스토어를 방문하는 잠재 고객을 신규 고객으로 전환하고, 기존 VIC 고객과의 관계를 지속적으로 관리하여 루이비통에 대한 Brand Loyalty 를 강화합니다.
