Position

The Head of Enterprise Solutions will contribute to Louis Vuitton's business growth by providing service to all business departments, especially Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance, Repair Center, Retail and eRetail, by managing various information systems that enable omni-channel sales and payment services such as SAP (SD, MM, FICO), Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Demand and Supply solutions.

Job responsibilities

The Head of Enterprise Solutions will manage the team responsible for the implementations, evolutions, and RUN support of the Louis Vuitton Enterprise Solution initiatives in an agile organization.

  • Build a robust team with expertise and dedication, inspire colleagues in and out of the IS&T department, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Build strong relationships with HQ Enterprise Solution and other teams as well as counterparts in regions by sharing information and getting alignment for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with local business teams for issue identification and solving, enhancement collection, enhancement validation, and solution customizing.
  • Work with HQ IS&T for "core" enhancement setup, enhancement developments, and solution support.
  • Critical business operation support (commercial and non-commercial) will also be a part of their responsibilities, including
    • sales and payment data reconciliation in various systems (POS/ERP/BI/e-commerce platform) to secure LV's financial report and
    • order-to-cash monitoring as the control tower of end-to-end flow.

Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing SAP systems in SD/MM or FICO (ECC EHP7).
  • Solid experience in project management in small/medium-sized projects.
  • Solid experience managing OMS solutions such as Manhattan, Oracle (OROB, OROMS), IBM Sterling, Order Dynamics, Salesforce + Fluent Commerce,
  • Experience in working closely with teams managing Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, Finance, e-Commerce, Call center, and retail stores.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge and experience of Retail Omnichannel flow (store/call center/e-commerce, etc.)
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance.
  • Certification in PMP and ITIL are preferred.
  • Experience working in multi-cultures and diversity work environments is also preferred.
