Retail Excellence and Performance Specialist

Position

As the Retail Excellence & Performance Specialist, you will support the Retail Excellence and Retail Performance functions in driving client experience excellence, retail engagement, and business performance visibility across the Korea retail network.

Working closely with the Retail Assistant Excellence Manager and Retail Performance Manager, this role will coordinate key retail excellence initiatives, support performance reporting and analysis, manage retail administration activities, and ensure effective communication and execution of retail priorities across stores.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS

Internal: Retail Excellence & Operation team, Store Managers, Retail Learning & Development, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and relevant Korea Domestic + DF stores

• Partner closely with Assistant Excellence Manager to support HQ excellence projects and Support data analysis closely working with Performance manager.
• Work with store teams to ensure implementation, follow-up, and feedback collection for operational initiatives and store support topics.

External / Regional: LV North Asia / Central Retail Excellence counterparts & Central uniforms team and operation-related vendors

• Coordinate Excellence operation-related vendor communication, PO follow-up, supplies, local initiative packaging for sales boosting, welcome Staff coordination, and other store support topics as needed.

Job responsibilities

Retail Excellence Support

• Support Retail Excellence initiatives related to client experience, employee engagement, and retail communications across the Korea retail network.
• Coordinate retail communications, meeting materials, store feedback collection, and follow-up activities for Retail Excellence programs.

Performance Reporting & Business Support

• Support the preparation of retail performance reports, KPI tracking, and management reporting materials.
• Consolidate business data and assist with performance analysis, objective tracking, forecasting, and business review preparation.
  
  

Uniform Management & Retail Administration

• Coordinate uniform management activities, including ordering, allocation, inventory tracking, and store communications and participate Central Uniform call.
• Support retail administrative processes, vendor coordination, PO follow-up, and documentation management.
  
  

Retail Projects & Coordination

• Support Retail Excellence and Performance projects through stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, business review materials and support store manager meetings.
• Manage weekly newsletter and consolidate training schedule, store closing date and sharing with office/store team.

Profile

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail excellence, retail business support, retail performance, project coordination, or a related function. Luxury retail experience is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and interpret retail performance data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, retail reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
