SEASONAL SUPPORT - PART TIME - KNOKKE

Position

Availability required from November through the end of December, including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week.

As a Seasonal Support, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will initiate each client's journey with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding clients through our store, understanding their needs, and directing them appropriately.

Job responsibilities

• Provide a warm and unforgettable welcome to all clients, setting the stage for an exceptional brand experience.
• Manage client flow with strong organizational skills and queue management techniques, ensuring smooth communication and minimizing wait times.
• Offer refreshments to clients, enhancing their comfort and experience.
• Maintain impeccable visual standards throughout the client-facing areas of the store
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

Recruitment process

• 1st step: Following the submission of your application, you will receive via email the first feedback on your application.
• 2nd step: Successful applicants will be moving to the first steps of the recruitment process, to complete an EasyRecrue video interview. Please keep an eye on your emails as the invitation will be sent from ICIMS.
• 3rd step: Following the video interview, there will be (minimum) two rounds of interviews either via Zoom or in person (with Store Management team and HR).
