Job responsibilities

LVMH METIERS D’ART division is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER.
This is a newly created position. if you have experiences in luxury industry and fluent in both Japanese and English, this would be a great opportunity for you to challenge new journey.
Full fluency in Japanese and good understanding of Japanese culture is a must as this position communicate and collaborate closely with Japan local institutions, academics, Japanese manufacturers and artisans.

Key Responsibilities
Direct reporting to LVMH Métiers d’Art Director

• Manage the daily communication with existing partners, with a strong focus on sharing LVMH Métiers d’Art values and mindset, and best practices.
• Supervise ongoing projects with existing partners with a sharp understanding of goals, challenges, and tasks.
• Proactively identify new opportunities for LVMH Métiers d’Art to expand its network in new fields, investigate and evaluate under-explored techniques, materials, and business solutions in line with the company strategy.
• Communication with the HQ team and Maisons to gather information and data about current needs and expectations.
• Commercial and Marketing functions support existing partners and projects, especially for the Maisons.
• Deliver monthly reports to LVMH Métiers d’Art Japan director, including analytics, key business performance figures and market/competition information, as well as document preparation.
• Budget forecasts and monitoring
• Administrative tasks

業務内容
レポートライン: LVMH メティエ ダール ジャパン　ディレクター

• 既存パートナー企業、事業者との日常的なコミュニケーションを通じ、LVMH メティエ ダールの理念浸透を徹底、価値観とビジョンを共有し、目標達成に取組む
• 目標設定、課題解決、タスクを明確化した上で既存パートナー企業、事業者との多岐にわたる企画を仕切る
• 積極的にLVMH メティエ ダールのネットワーク拡大を目指し、新たなオポチュニティーを開拓。特に、組織全体のストラテジーに沿い、潜在性の高い技術、素材やビジネスソリューションを探求、評価
• 本社チーム、グループ内メゾンと連携、需要と供給や市場動向に関する情報収集
• 主にグループ内メゾンに対し、既存パートナー企業、事業者並びに既存企画における営業的、マーケティング的サポートの実施
• LVMH メティエ ダール ジャパンのディレクターへのレポーティング業務
  月毎に、ビジネスパフォーマンス、市場動向、事業に対する現状分析を含む報告及び資料作成
• 予算管理
• 日々の業務に関連する事務・サポート作業

 

Profile

We are looking for someone who is/has:

Experiences/Knowledges/Skill

• Graduated from a business or engineering school
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury industry, art & culture or design business is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong analytic skills with the capability to deliver creative insights from figures, combined with an intuitive mindset.

Languages

• Japanese - Native or bilingual
• English - business fluent

• 4年制大学・ファッション・アート専門学校卒以上

経験・スキル

• ラグジュアリー、デザイン、アート＆カルチャー業界で5年以上の経験
• 数字やパソコンに強い方 - AIはじめ、ビジネスインテリジェンスのツール活用経験者歓迎
• 分析力が高く、具体的なデーターに基づいた発想力と考案力を持つ。優れた感性と直観力をお持ちの方 

 語学力

• 日本語 - 母国語もしくはバイリンガルレベル

LVMH Métiers d'Art brings together Métiers, made up of talented manufacturers and craftsmen on five continents, offering them opportunities to develop, innovate and nurture their creativity.  LVMH Métiers d'Art is developing around its centers of expertise: tanneries, metal parts, textiles, and fashion.
