  • Oversee animations and permanent-counter VM from 3D design through installation, follow-up and quality review.
  • Standardize POSM design and implementation across markets, coordinating new developments with HQ and Regional Architect Managers.

Store Design Alignment

Guidelines, Governance & Capability Building

  • Develop and publish regional VM launch guidelines for TR and LM, covering launch codes, planograms, POSM design and technical support, and promotional recommendations.
  • Audit execution through market visits, reinforce compliance with VM standards, and train local merchandising teams on guidelines and tools.
  • Align internal stakeholders through regular reviews of launches, animations and events.

POSM Planning & Production

  • Consolidate HQ POSM forecasts with local VM teams, validate market requirements, and coordinate regional production for TR and LM.

Promotions, Animations & Events

  • Adapt HQ design concepts for regional promotions, animations, pop-ups and events across TR and LM.
  • Supervise execution to required quality, timeline and budget standards.
  • Partner with Marketing on retail-entertainment concepts and contribute to special regional events and meetings.

Team Management

  • Build team capability through regular feedback, coaching and development planning while supporting knowledge sharing with local VM teams.

Sustainable Visual Merchandising

  • Consolidate data for sustainability reporting and identify more sustainable methods, materials and vendors.
  • Promote participation in Life in Store training and embed sustainability practices across the team.

Profile

  • 8–10 years of progressive VM experience, including regional responsibility; luxury beauty, fashion or Travel Retail experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in VM strategy, retail storytelling, launches, POSM and multi-market implementation, with experience partnering on store-design or retail fit-out projects.
  • Proven project, budget and supplier management skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD or equivalent; 3D visualization is an advantage.
  • Effective people leader with strong influencing, negotiation and presentation skills across cultures, functions and seniority levels.
  • Highly organized, hands-on and detail-oriented, able to manage competing regional priorities and deadlines.
