Position

宝飾ブランドにおけるジュエリー修理、およびそれに付随する業務（見積作成、検品、修理進捗管理など）を担当します。

 

Responsible for jewelry repair services for jewelry brands, including related tasks such as repair estimates, inspection, and progress management.

Job responsibilities

【業務内容】

• 決められた部品・機材・道具を正しく使用し、宝飾品の診断と修理を行う
• 刻印、サイズ調整、磨き、パーツ調整・交換、石留め、変形修正、洗浄など、ジュエリー修理全般を行う
• 修理に必要なサービス内容と見積もりの妥当性を確認する
• ブランドの品質基準を満たす修理を実施する
• 求められる生産性とスピードを意識し、担当業務を正確に遂行する

 

• Diagnose and repair jewelry using designated parts, equipment, and tools properly.
• Perform jewelry repairs, including engraving, resizing, polishing, parts adjustment/replacement, stone setting, reshaping, and cleaning.
• Confirm that required repair services and estimates are appropriate.
• Carry out repairs that meet brand quality standards.
• Complete assigned tasks with the required productivity, speed, and accuracy.

Profile

• 宝飾技術学校の卒業が望ましい
• ジュエリー業務（修理・製作）に5年以上従事していること（修理業務経験があれば尚可）
• 限られた時間の中で、正確かつ効率的に業務を遂行できる
• コンプライアンスを理解し、社内ルールや手順に沿って対応できる
• チームで協力して働くことができる
• 高いモチベーションを維持し、主体的に業務に取り組める

• Graduation from a jewelry technical school is preferred.
• At least five years of jewelry repair or production experience; repair experience preferred.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and efficiently within the allocated timeframe.

• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Able to maintain a high level of motivation and work proactively.
