We’re thrilled to announce the opening for National HORECA Assistant Manager, reporting to the Commercial Director. As the National HORECA Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the International Account Channel in Taiwan, driving premium brand presence across key HORECA and chained F&B partners.
You will be responsible for managing strategic international accounts, developing channel strategies, executing brand activations, and building strong relationships with hotel groups, fine dining establishments, and premium partners. By combining commercial excellence with creative brand-building initiatives and elevated on-trade experiences, you will drive both business growth and brand desirability. Your contribution will strengthen Moët Hennessy’s leadership in the luxury wines and spirits space while elevating our presence across key international accounts in Taiwan.

How you will contribute…
Overview of the position
- The National HORECA (Assistant) Manager is responsible for the development and execution of channel strategies for international hotels, fine dining restaurants, and premium chained F&B accounts. The role will scope the channel landscape, identify priority key accounts, and drive sustainable growth across wine, champagne, and spirits categories.
- The role may be appointed at Assistant Manager or Manager level, depending on experience, and will lead one to two team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy
- Scope and map the International Account Channel landscape, including international hotel groups, fine dining restaurants, and premium chained F&B operators.
- Define channel strategy, segmentation, and prioritization of key accounts in alignment with overall commercial objectives.
- Establish clear growth plans by segments, focus on sustainable value growth and brand elevation.
- Key Account Development
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with international hotel groups, fine dining restaurants, and premium chained F&B accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations, listing agreements, and joint business planning with priority accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities including new hotel openings, restaurant groups expansion, and emerging premium dining concepts.
- Brand Building & Activations
- Drive brand image and desirability through strategic brand collaborations, contracts, and activation programs across wine, champagne, and spirits portfolios.
- Partner with Marketing and Brand Teams to execute high-impact activations aligned with Maison strategies and international account needs.
- Ensure consistency of brand image, visibility, and execution excellence across key accounts.
- Footprint Expansion & By-the-Glass Strategy
- Expand brand footprint across international accounts through menu placements, venue penetration, and multi-outlet listings.
- Drive by-the-glass strategies across various consumption occasions (dining, celebrations, bar programs, events).
- Develop tailored proposals by account and occasion to maximize visibility and trial.
- People Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering strong account management and commercial capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations to deliver integrated account plans.

- Education: University gradates major in Business Management or related
- Languages:Good command in English
- Professional experience & know how:
- 10+ years commercial background within multinational companies with a sales focus. 5-10 years of experience at management level
- Solid working experience in sales function covering the HORECA sector. Experience in selling to international hotel chains and properties preferred.
- Technical & management skills :
- Good commercial sense, good understanding of large brand business within FMCG, luxury and / or W&S industries
- Familiar with local alcohol related regulations
- Good planning and negotiation skills
- Good people management and leadership skills
- Personal & interpersonal skills :
- Proactive, highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and motivate
