We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Supply Chain Intern in our Moët Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong office. This internship offers a hands-on experience at the heart of supply chain operations. From managing inbound shipments and analyzing product incidents to supporting bin sales and co-packing activities, you will gain exposure to a dynamic logistics environment while working closely with cross-functional teams and real-world systems like SAP and Buyco. It is a great opportunity to build practical skills and contribute to process efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable exposure to our industry and business operations. This internship offers the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a dynamic business environment while developing practical skills and gaining hands-on experience. We are seeking an intern who can commit to a full-time schedule (five days per week) for six months, commencing in November 2026. This opportunity is open to both undergraduate students and recent graduates.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

• Inbound / Outbound Shipment Management

• • Coordinate with warehouse/forwarder/Regional Centre of Excellence (RCoE) team to ensure stock are received to / despatched from warehouse and tally with SAP.
  • Assist to analyse Incident Reports (IR), perform classification of defect and follow up with different parties.
  • Prepare invoices and shipping documents for inter company stock transfer / rebalancing.
  • PO creation. Create and close shipments in SAP.

 

• Bonded and Duty Paid Warehouse Stock Transfer Management
  • Follow up stock transfer with warehouse, and update batch in SAP.
  • Assist to apply and monitor permit status in Gov’t platforms.

 

• Co-packing Process Support
  • Handle Goods Receipt for co-packing.
  • Monitor warehouse co-packing work schedule.

 

• Stock Management
  • SKU creation.
  • Generate different stock reports, reconcile physical stock and analysis for exceptions.
  • Traceability checking from internal system.
  • Demand Planning System Management.

 

• Month End Closing / Audit Support
  • Data entry in different platforms for closing reports.
  • Prepare different documents / reports for auditors.

 

• Bin End / Staff Sales Management
  • Assist in bin end / staff sales operations – e.g. listing of SKU, on-site sales support.

 

• Project Support
  • Participate and support in Supply Chain Optimisation Projects.
  • SOP preparation.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.
