Position

Mission générale : Réaliser des travaux comptables opérationnels et analytiques (comptabilité fournisseurs / immobilisations et clients), participer aux opérations de clôture mensuelle et produire des analyses et extractions ad-hoc transverses.

Job responsibilities

Réalisation de travaux comptables opérationnels et analytiques incluant tout ou partie des activités suivantes :

Fournisseurs et Immobilisations

  • Traitement des demandes d'achats
  • Traitement des mises en service
  • Traitement des facturations
  • Demandes d'acomptes et suivi
  • Participation aux opérations de clôture : contrôles et écritures mensuels, amortissements, immobilisations en cours, postes non soldés, fournisseurs débiteurs, reporting…

Clients

  • Traitement des encaissements, lettrage de comptes
  • Contrôle des flux et interfaces des différents canaux de facturation
  • Réconciliations mensuelles
  • Validation et émission de factures non commerciales
  • Participation au déblocage des commandes selon l'analyse du risque de crédit
  • Participation aux opérations de clôture : dépréciation, reclassement des créditeurs, écarts de conversion, justification des comptes

Transverse

  • Extractions, analyses et suivi ad-hoc transverses

Profile

Formation : Bac +2 en comptabilité

Savoir-être :

  • Rigueur

  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse

Savoir-faire :

  • Connaissances comptables solides
  • Connaissances bureautiques et fiscales
  • La connaissance de SAP est un plus
