Au sein du pôle Distribution/Marchés de la Direction Juridique du Groupe, vous participez à la rédaction et à la négociation d’accords commerciaux variés (contrats de distribution, mandat/agence commerciale, conditions générales et particulières (achat et vente), contrats intra-groupe, prestations de services, e-commerce) et accompagnez les juristes de l’équipe dans la gestion de leurs projets avec les équipes opérationnelles, dans un contexte international.

Nous recherchons un/une Stagiaire juriste en Droit des Affaires/Droit des Contrats avec une spécialisation Distribution / Concurrence

Job responsibilities

  • Participation à la rédaction et négociation d’accords commerciaux au sens large incluant les négociations annuelles,
  • Etudes de problématiques liées au e-commerce, droit de la consommation, droit de la concurrence
  • Recherches dans le cadre de dossiers précontentieux (analyses de risques et accords transactionnels) et contentieux (jurisprudence, collecte de pièces, relecture de conclusions…)
  • Rédaction de notes de synthèse et recherches en lien avec des cabinets d’avocats ou conseils étrangers
  • Veille juridique

Profile

  • Etudiant(e) avec un niveau minimum de Master 2 en droit des affaires / droit économique / droit européen / DJCE / LLM / Ecole d’avocats (stage PPI)
  • Une précédente expérience en stage, en alternance et / ou en cabinet d’avocat est requise.

Compétences techniques :

  • Anglais courant, bonne maîtrise de Office 365 et de la documentation juridique en ligne

Compétences humaines :

  • Intelligence relationnelle, curiosité intellectuelle, polyvalence et proactivité

The champagne house was founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot, a fabric merchant in Reims. When his son, François Clicquot, died suddenly in 1805, François’s 27-year-old widow, Barbe Nicole Ponsardin Clicquot, took over the company – no small feat for this bold and audacious 19th-century woman. At a time when women had few rights, this young woman was determined “to depend on no one”. Driven by her uncompromising vision and her inventive spirit, Madame Clicquot created the first known vintage champagne in 1810. A few years later, in 1816, she developed the riddling table, and in 1818 produced the first known blended rosé champagne.Veuve Clicquot is defined by its quest for excellence, love of the finest grape variety Pinot Noir, and mastery of the art of ageing.From harvest to shipment, and at every step of the process, Veuve Clicquot is mindful of Madame Clicquot’s words: “Our wines must be flattering both to the palate and to the eye.”She left the House with a legacy of optimism, and striving for excellence, audacity and innovation, which continues to inspire us today.
