Job mission

Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, you will support the Supply Chain team across various functions and contribute to the smooth execution of daily operations, while participating in continuous improvement initiatives and analytical projects, for the Benelux region.

 

Supply Chain Coordination & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the documentation and harmonization of Supply Chain processes across countries by contributing to the creation and maintenance of a common process database.
  • Participate in the implementation of new ways of working, tools, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.

 

Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Assist in monitoring and improving forecast accuracy through the analysis of historical data, market trends, and inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Track key Supply Chain KPIs and support the implementation of corrective action plans when needed.

 

Master Data & Systems Management

  • Help maintain accurate and complete product master data, including SKU attributes, pricing, specifications, and regulatory information.
  • Update and monitor key databases and reference tools (GS1, master files, bottle books, etc.) to ensure data integrity.

 

Customer Service & Operations Support

  • Assist the Customer Service team with daily order management activities when required.
  • Support transportation and logistics performance analyses, identifying opportunities to improve service levels, costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to product portfolio analyses, helping identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities across the assortment.

 

Candidate's profile

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Operations, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or other ERP/planning tools is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
  • An interest in the wines and spirits industry is appreciated
